Employment Placement Agencies: An Expansive Definition
from:The continuous patronage and advancement of employment placement agencies makes it a lucrative industry to be in. People will always seek work. Businesses will always seek manpower. In fact, this industry is projected to even grow more in the future; and thereby provide more jobs to a waiting work-seeking population.
Employment placement agencies cater to a host of job seekers. Permanent jobs require people with college degree or higher. Temp jobs often require only a high school diploma; although some temp jobs become an entry point into the company’s workforce.
